Fullmer owned Northwest Dance Center, in Washington state, from 2006-2009, the only private studio in the area to offer a modern dance program in addition to a full curriculum of ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and children’s creative classes.  Under her direction, the studio produced IMG_2448the full-length ballets The Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, Les Sylphides, and The Firebird, which incorporated dancers and actors from two major universities, multiple private studios, and the community.  The students also premiered many contemporary ballet and modern works by Fullmer and guest choreographers.

Crystal was the Instructor of Dance at Washington State University (2008-2010) where she coordinated all elements of the dance program within the Department of Theatre and Dance. In fall 2013 Fullmer joined the faculty of the dance minor program at Central Washington University. She instructed students in all levels of ballet, as well as taught courses in jazz, choreography, dance production, ballroom, beginning folk dance, and assisted with the student dance company, Orchesis.
